  1. Use our tools ONLY for their intended purpose and do not overload the tools!
  2. Claims for damages beyond the legally stipulated scope are excluded, in particular for damage caused when using our tools.
  3. Please take your own precautions to achieve perfect work results: follow your employer's instructions (safety data sheets) and strictly adhere to the relevant accident prevention regulations (UVV) displayed in your company. If you have any doubts, please contact your safety officer and/or supervisor BEFORE starting work!
  4. As a private end user, obtain detailed information about the appropriate handling of tools, for example on the Internet or from local specialist dealers, before using them in order to acquire the skills for a smooth and safe procedure. Even if it may sound trite: think first and plan your approach - then act. If in doubt, please feel free to contact us.
  5. Always wear eye protection (safety goggles) in addition to your personal protective equipment (PPE). Depending on the type of tool being used, wearing additional personal protective equipment such as a dust mask, safety shoes, safety gloves, hard hat and/or hearing protection reduces the risk of injury.
  6. Always keep your working environment clean and ensure good lighting. Only use tools if you are fit enough to use them in a controlled manner and for their intended purpose. Keep other people, especially children, away when using the tool.
  7. Do not allow yourself to be distracted during use. Keep unused tools out of the reach of children. Do not allow untrained persons to work with the tool. Use the tool for its intended purpose and do not overload the tool. Only use tools that are in perfect condition. Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Well-maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to jam and are easier to guide. Take safety instructions seriously, especially those of the manufacturers of the drive machines used.
